"After visiting with Culley at his Street of Dreams home, we knew we wanted Lebert Construction to build our dream home. We attended many open houses and Parade of Homes tours and knew we had found our builder. From the design stage to the closing, the process was very smooth. We began with a self-designed floor plan, and Culley built the home from the plan, consulting with us any time a decision or change was needed. One feature of our home that we particularly enjoy is the screened deck designed by Culley. It was a pleasure working with Culley and his crew. We really missed them when the project was completed and we no longer saw them on a regular basis. Checking on the building progress almost daily gave us reassurance that we had picked the right builder; the quality of the workmanship from the framing to the finishing was impressive. "My wife and I where referred to Culley by friends of ours who had just finished building with Lebert Construction. Michelle and I met with Culley and right away knew he was going to be our builder. We had met with several other builders before meeting with Culley and it was just one of those things that felt right. The building process can be very stressful but Culley and Greg where there anytime we had a question or where having a hard time making a decision. During the actual construction phase my wife and I would go out after work and check the progress and we always felt safe having our twin 2 year old boys with us. The work site was always kept very clean (we had several friends and new neighbors comment how clean they keep the job site.)
